Home Wi-Fi & Network Setup starts at $149. The work depends on your home, equipment, and the problem. Tell us your ZIP code and what is happening; we will confirm the scope, appointment availability, and total price before scheduling.
Hardware, additional installation work, and travel requirements are discussed in the quote. General on-site support is $95 per hour with a 1.5-hour minimum ($142.50); remote support starts at $75 per hour. We will explain which service fits your situation before you choose.
Before buying another router
Notice whether the problem affects one device or every device, whether it happens near the router as well as farther away, and whether it affects all websites or one application. These details help narrow the issue. Don't factory-reset the router unless you have the details you'll need to set it up again.
