Our story

Your local IT professional
for home and small business

Large organizations get careful, documented IT support. Homes and small businesses usually get a call center or a drop-off counter. Alveris IT exists to close that gap: someone local who explains things clearly and agrees the price before starting.

Meet Alen Kurtish,
founder of Alveris IT

I spent years supporting a large multi-site organization with more than 7,000 users and thousands of devices. That kind of environment teaches you to troubleshoot in a structured way, take security seriously, and document what you did so the fix sticks. I started Alveris IT to bring that same standard to the people who usually get the worst version of tech support: homeowners and small businesses.

If you have ever dropped a laptop at a counter and waited a week, sat on hold with a call center, or been quoted a price that made no sense, you know the problem. In your home, I come to you or connect remotely, fix the issue, and explain what happened in plain language. You will never be made to feel foolish for asking a question, and nothing gets done without your say-so and an agreed price.

For small businesses, the same background covers workstation and Microsoft 365 setups, office networks, cybersecurity hardening, backups, and managed IT plans. I also build practical AI and workflow automation for companies that want to spend less time on repetitive paperwork.

Based in the Lehigh Valley, I work with homes and businesses in Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, and the surrounding communities. When you call, you reach the person who will actually do the work.

Real-World Experience

Five years of professional IT experience across enterprise and small business environments, including a large multi-site organization with more than 7,000 users and thousands of managed devices. That background shapes how I work: careful, documented, and sized to a home or a small business.

  • Endpoint management, Windows deployments, and Microsoft 365 administration at scale
  • User support, device lifecycle, AV systems, and hardware across multi-site environments
  • IT documentation, structured ticketing workflows, and service management processes
  • Hands-on work with automation tools, AI integrations, and modern web systems
  • Current focus: bringing that same standard of care to Lehigh Valley homes and small businesses

Alveris IT is new as a company. I'm not going to pretend otherwise or invent a client roster. What I bring is real technical experience, real certifications, real reviews from local customers, and a direct stake in doing this work well from day one.

Why Alveris IT exists

Our approach is the same whether we are helping with one laptop in a living room or a whole office: understand the problem, explain the options, and agree on the work.

Homes and small businesses

We serve homeowners, families, professionals, and retirees across the Lehigh Valley, and small businesses that need reliable IT without a full-time hire. The same enterprise experience, security mindset, and structured troubleshooting goes into both.

Patient, plain-language help

You should understand what was wrong and what we did about it. We explain without jargon, answer every question, and never make anyone feel foolish for asking. If you want to learn to do it yourself next time, we'll show you.

Honest about what you need

We won't sell you tools, licenses, or services you don't need. If a $30 software subscription or a simple settings change solves your problem, that's what we recommend. If a computer isn't worth repairing, we'll say so.

Local and accountable

We operate in Pennsylvania, know the Lehigh Valley, and come to your home or office when remote support isn't enough. You'll always have a real person to call. Not a call center halfway across the country.

Security-first mindset

Scams, malware, and weak passwords are the biggest technology risks for households and small businesses alike. We build sensible protection into everything we do, from a home Wi-Fi setup to a business network, without pretending anything is bulletproof.

Modern and AI-capable

We work with cloud services and current devices, and we build practical AI and workflow automation for businesses that want to spend less time on repetitive work.

Enterprise experience, brought home

Every job starts the same way: understand what you need, agree on the work and the price, then do it. That holds for a home visit, a remote session, or a business project.

Large organizations troubleshoot in a structured way, write down what they fixed, and treat security as the default. I apply the same habits at a size that makes sense for a household or a small team. In your home, that means a certified professional who shows up, solves the problem, and explains it. For a business, it means the same person handling your workstations, Microsoft 365, network, backups, and security properly.

I also build practical AI and workflow automation for businesses that want less time spent on repetitive work. Each project starts with the task you want to improve and a written scope.

Let's talk about your technology

A computer acting up at home? An office that needs steadier IT? Either way, start with a free 15-minute conversation. No pitch, no pressure.

The consultation is a short conversation about your issue and options. Hands-on work is quoted separately before it is scheduled.
