Information and purpose
Alveris IT LLC uses its private Service Desk to handle customer requests, provide services, communicate with customers, and maintain business records. It stores contact details, service addresses when needed, service records, and correspondence. It does not collect payment card details. The website privacy notice separately covers our public website.
Gmail access
Only the business account's owner authorizes Gmail access. Customers do not connect their Google accounts. The app has send-only permission: it sends the recipient, subject, and message to Google for delivery and records the sending status and message identifier. It cannot read the inbox or delete Gmail messages. Authorization credentials are stored privately to maintain the connection.
Service providers and information sharing
OpenAI and Cloudflare provide the workspace's hosting and data services. Google and the configured email provider deliver messages. When AI assistance is used, work-request details and service information are sent to OpenAI. Customer contact fields are not automatically included, but information entered in a request description may be sent. These providers process information to supply their services and may retain operational records under their own policies.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. Alveris IT Service Desk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and your choices
Workspace access is restricted to the authorized owner. Records remain until the owner removes them, subject to applicable business and legal retention needs and providers' backup retention. Contact info@alverisit.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your service information.
The connected account's owner can revoke Gmail access through Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorized sending; it does not delete existing service records or previously sent emails.
