About the app
Alveris IT Service Desk is a private tool used by Alveris IT LLC to manage customer service requests and communications. Access is limited to its owner. Customers do not need an account.
Email connection
The app uses the business's connected Gmail account to send service-related emails. It requests send-only permission and does not read the inbox or delete messages.
