Common questions

What does the free 15-minute consultation include?
A short phone conversation to understand what's going on, confirm whether we can help, decide whether remote or in-person service makes sense, and talk through approximate pricing. No obligation. It is not a free troubleshooting session, remote support session, diagnostic, or home visit; those are separate services with clear prices, always quoted before scheduling.
Do you come to my home?
Yes. In-home visits are available across the Lehigh Valley, including Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, and the surrounding communities. Many problems can also be solved in a secure remote session, which is quicker and less expensive. We'll recommend whichever makes sense for your situation.
How soon can you help?
Home visits and remote sessions are usually scheduled within a few business days, sooner when the calendar allows. For business projects, timelines depend on scope and are set in the proposal. New managed IT clients are typically onboarded over 1–2 weeks, with response targets defined in the agreement. Support is scheduled rather than on-demand, so we do not advertise emergency or 24/7 service.
Do you require long-term contracts?
Home support requires no contract at all; you pay per service or per session. IT project work is quoted per project with no ongoing commitment. Managed IT plans are typically on annual agreements.
Who do you work with?
Homeowners, families, home-office professionals, students, and retirees across the Lehigh Valley, plus small businesses such as medical and dental practices, law and accounting firms, nonprofits, contractors, professional services, and light manufacturing and logistics operations. We're comfortable in offices where data handling and security matter, such as medical and legal practices.
My business already has an IT person. Can you work alongside them?
Yes. We can work as a co-managed IT partner: extra capacity for an internal IT person, specialized projects, or AI and automation work they would rather hand off. We define the split in writing so nothing is duplicated or dropped.
How does AI automation actually benefit a small business?
The most common wins are in repetitive, high-volume tasks: data entry between systems, document processing (invoices, contracts, intake forms), report generation, and email routing. A 10-person team that spends 5 hours a week on manual data entry can recover 260+ hours per year with the right automation. That's equivalent to 6+ weeks of a full-time employee.
Do you offer on-site support or is everything remote?
Both. We start remote when we can, because most software problems are fixed faster that way and it costs you less. When hands-on work is needed, on-site visits are available throughout the Lehigh Valley for homes and businesses.
