For new managed IT clients, onboarding typically takes 1–2 weeks from agreement signing. For project work, timelines depend on scope — we'll give you a realistic schedule in the proposal. Emergency support is available from day one.

Managed IT services are typically on annual agreements, which allows us to plan and invest in your environment properly. We do offer month-to-month for clients who prefer flexibility — just let us know. IT project work is quoted per-project with no ongoing commitment required.
